Where are your retractable awnings made?

We are a local company using a local manufacturer. Our retractable awnings are manufactured by Aristocrat which is in Souderton, PA.  Sunbrella fabric is made in Glen Mills, N.C.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.  Our HIC # is PA039089, and we are fully insured. All documents are available upon request

How long does it take to complete a job?

Our turnaround time is usually about two weeks, though it can vary from job to job

What are your payment options and what kind of deposit do you require?

We generally require a 50% deposit and the balance is due upon completion. We are flexible, however, and can work around special situations. We accept most major credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Discover), as well as checks and cash.

What is the warranty on your awnings?

Our retractable awnings have a lifetime warranty on the frame, 10-year warranty on the motor, and a10-year warranty on the fabric. Aluminum awnings have a 20-year warranty. Traditional awnings have a 10-year warranty on the fabric and a 20-year warranty on the frame.

Do you work with Homeowner Associations?

Yes, we are pre-approved by most Homeowner Associations. We are also approved and have a great working relationship with most property management companies.

What is the charge for your estimates?

We do free in-home estimates. We also offer up-front pricing. We also pride ourselves on being clean and on time.
